How does the BigCommerce integration work?
Orders
For every order created in your store, a savings transaction is created for the full order value. That includes tax and shipping costs.
Returns
If a customer wants to (partially) refund his order and the points, use the Refund promotion available in BigCommerce.
Please note: changing the order status to (partially) refunded does not do anything within the Business dashboard.
A full refund in BigCommerce will deduct all points from the original order from the contact's balance
In case of a partial refund in BigCommerce, the points will be deducted proportionately
Example: 50% of the total order amount was refunded, so 50% of the total points will be deducted)
