In Lebesgue, access to a store's data is carefully managed to ensure that only authorized users can view sensitive information. This article explains who can access store data, the permissions required, and how you can manage user access levels.
Important to note
Data Security: Only users with proper permissions can view store data. Unauthorized users will not have access to any sensitive information.
Billing Access: Access to billing is strictly limited to Admins to maintain financial security.
Transparency: Use the Store Activity Log to track any major changes made by users, such as adding or removing access for specific users.
How to Manage Who Can View Store Data
Log into the App
Begin by logging into your Lebesgue account.
Go to Settings
Navigate to the Settings section by clicking on the gear icon at the very bottom of the dark blue sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen.Open User Administration
In the expanded white sidebar, click on the "User Administration" section.
Add a New User
Under the "User Management" tab, click on the dark blue button in the top-right corner labeled "Add a New User".
Fill Out User Details
Enter the name and email address of the colleague you’d like to invite. Then, choose the appropriate access level: Admin, Full Access User, or User.Customize Permissions (For User Level Only)
If you select the User level, you’ll need to manually click on the areas of the app (e.g., Advertising, Competitors, or Reports) to which you want them to have access. Customize this based on their role in the business.
Send the Invite
Once everything is set up, click on "Invite" to send an email invitation to your colleague.
