Resolve the OneDrive editing not available message

When you try to edit a generated document, you may see the following message:

'OneDrive editing not available. Download the document to edit it locally, then upload your changes.'

  1. Check whether your permissions for the site are blocked.

  2. Unblock the site permissions if you have access to change them.

  3. Contact your IT team if you cannot update the permissions yourself.

  4. Ask your IT team to unblock the required site permissions.

  5. Return to CaseMatters, then try to edit the document again.

📌 Note: If the permissions remain blocked, you can download the document, edit it locally, then upload the updated version.
