If you have forgotten your password, or would like to change your current password, you can action this yourself from the Risk & Compliance System login page.
Note: If you access your Compliance account through Evo, please use the following guidance Access Evo: Reset your password
Go to your Log In Page
Type your registered email address into the Email Address field and click Forgotten Password
You will receive an email from notifications@riliance.co.uk, which will include a link to access the system and create a new password
Please Note: The link in the email is only valid for 72 hours and, therefore, once received, should be actioned as soon as possible.
Enter your new password twice, ensuring it complies with the password requirements listed on the right-hand side of the page
If the new password does not comply with the policy, the missing requirement will be highlighted in red and a cross will appear
Click Save to register your new password
Once the password has been reset, a link will appear to take you back to the log in page for you to sign in with your new password
