Make changes to a question set

Note: To change a question set, you'll need supervisor rights for the module.

To copy and amend a question set, follow the steps below:

Warning: Changing an existing question set may impact reporting and users who have already used this question set. To make changes, we recommend copying an existing question set and then archiving the old one.

  1. From the panel on the left, click Account Settings.

  2. In the column on the left click Module Setup then click Audits Setup.

  3. To the right of the required question bank, click Copy, then click Accept.

  4. From the list, locate the copy of the question set, and click one of the following buttons:

    • Archive- To archive obsolete question sets.

    • Add Question- Add a question to a question set.

    • Edit- Change the name of the question set.

    • Delete- Permanently delete the question set.
      Alternatively, to amend a question in the set, click on the three-line menu, then next to the question click Edit or Delete.

Note: If you'd like to make changes to a custom question set, please raise a new case online, reference the title of this article, and let us know what you'd like to remove or change.
