Create your own audit question sets within the Risk & Compliance system by using the Audit Module.
Note: You'll need master user permissions to access the account settings.
From the panel on the left, click Account Settings.
Click Module Setup then click Audits Setup.
Click + Add Audit Question Set then name the new question set.
Click Save then locate the question set that has just been created.
On the right-hand side of the question set, click + Add Question.
In the pop-up screen, type the question into the Question Name box.
If required, add further details to the questions using the Tooltip Description box.
Tip: This may be an explanation around what the question is asking, or specific details required to answer the question. To view this, the user clicks the little green i icon next to the question.From the available options, choose a response type.
Note: Choosing Radio Button Field, Drop Down Field or Multi Option Drop Down Field, requires you to select which list the answers for the question will be chosen from.Choose whether to allow additional comments to be entered in addition to the chosen response.
Select whether the question needs to be mandatory or not.
Note: Mandatory questions will not allow users to save the audit until the question has been responded to.To add that question to the question set and return to the list page, click Save.
Alternatively, to save that question and reload the same form to create the next question in the set, click Save and Add another.On returning to the question set list page, click the name of the question to see the questions that have been added.
Once all the questions have been added to the question set it is ready to be used in the Audit Module.
