Note: Only administrators can manage permission levels. When you invite new members to Access Evo, depending on your setup, you can either use an email address or username to log in.
Members that you invite to Access Evo can make the most of the features, tools and apps available to them even if they don't have a role for your specific Access software.
Note: To use usernames in Access Evo, you need to create a friendly URL.
Use an email address
To add a new member using their work email address, follow the below steps:
Click the Members icon.
Click Add then click Using an email address.
Select one of the following:
Add members in bulk | If you have a lot of members to add, use this option to enter multiple email addresses at once, separated by a comma or space. |
Add members individually | Use this option to enter the name, email address, and organisation role of each member individually. |
Note: The organisation role determines whether the new member is an administrator on Access Evo or an end-user.
If required, you can enter a personal message to include in the sign-up email.
Click Add.
Note: Users don't show in the Learning tab to allocate courses until they accept the welcome invite email.

To import a larger number of members from a spreadsheet with roles assigned, you can import in bulk.
If a new member can't find their sign-up email, try resending it. If they still don't receive it, request your IT support to whitelist noreply@accessacloud.com.
If you're unable to create Evo members with Username raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Member roles
Once you've added members, make sure you manage member roles.
In Access Compliance Software, administrators will assign the module permission levels required by the user.
