Clear cache

We recommend that you clear your browser cache because it:

  • Prevents you from using old stored data.

  • Protects your personal information.

  • Helps our applications run better on your computer.

Chrome

To clear your cache in Chrome, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. In the top right, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

  4. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, select the required boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

Edge

To clear your cache in Edge, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click Settings and more, then click Settings.

  2. Click Privacy and services.

  3. Select what you would like to clear.

  4. Select a time range from the Time range drop-down list.

  5. Choose the types of data you want to clear.

  6. Click Clear now.

If you use a different browser than the two examples above, please search online for steps on how to clear the cache.
