Our first session will be held on 28th January and hosted by Miriam Dobosz, our Senior Risk and Compliance Associate, and will focus on the recent Failure to Prevent Fraud Offence. Mariam will discuss what this means for the Legal Sector, it's application and items to consider.

This 2 hour session will help translate the legislation into the practical action you need to take.
