Please Note: This refers to the ERM module only, not the standard Risk Register module.

Risk Levels are used to measure the overall severity of a risk and are used in the Risk Scoring section on Risk Group, Risk Register and Risk Instance Records.

Commonly used Risk Levels include Very Low, Low, Medium, High and Critical; however you can tailor your Levels to fit with your organisation's chosen risk matrix

  1. On the Home Page click on the Cogs to access your Account Settings.

    • Please Note: Only users with Master User permissions can access the Account Settings.

  2. Click Module Setup followed by Risk Management and then Risk Register.

  3. Click +Add to create a new Risk Level.

  4. Enter the Risk Level details and click Save.

    • Each Risk Level will consist of a Name, Value and Colour Value

  5. The Risk Level will be added to the list and become available for use in the module.

  6. If you need to Edit, Disable or Delete the Risk Level, you can use buttons beside the Level to do so.

Please Note:

  • Disabling a Risk Level will ensure it is still visible in the Account Settings, on past records and in reports, however it will be unavailable for selection when new records are created

  • Deleting a Risk Level will remove it from the account entirely
