It is possible to remove/add back in, certain Custom Fields that make up the Audit form.
Please check with the support team if the section you wish to remove/add in is possible, if so the Support team would need to do this for you.

Clear view of the removal/addition
Impersonation rights will need to be provided to the person who is managing the case
