Note: To access Audit Setup, you'll need to be a master user.
To set up scoring, follow the steps below:
From the panel on the left, click Account Settings.
Click Module Setup, then click Audits Setup.
Next to the required question set, click the drag icon.
Next to the required question, click Scoring.
Note: The Scoring option only appears next to questions that can be linked to a score, like lists or checkboxes.For each response, enter a score, then click Save.
Tip: Repeat step 5 for each score you'd like to add.

Enter an Outcome name and the Range Start score, then click Add Outcome.
Tip: Repeat step 7 for additional outcomes.To exit the screen, click Back.
