To complete a mitigation strategy review task in the Risk Register module, follow the steps below:
From the module home page, in the task list, locate the relevant task and click View.
In the record task list, click View.
Click Has the risk been removed then select a response.
Note: Select yes to close the other options and complete the review task.Click Has the action adjusted the Risk Level? then select a response.
Note: To display or edit the current risk level, risk likelihood and risk consequences select Yes.Click Has the Mitigation Strategy changed? then select a response.
Note: To display or edit the current mitigation strategy, select Yes.Click Who is responsible for this Strategy? then select a response.
Within, Next Review Date, select a date that the mitigation strategy review task will next be due.
Within Activity notes, enter any further notes or details.
To select additional users to be notified, select the Notify additional people of this task check box.
Click Save & Close.
