To complete an MLRO reporting decision task in the Money Laundering module, follow the steps below:
In the task list, locate the relevant task.
Click View then complete the form.
Note: For the Has sufficient evidence been submitted for the MLRO to make a decision? question, the answer affects the fields that follow:If Yes, complete the MLRO reporting decision.
Report to NCA - Complete the reason reported to NCA and Requesting consent for.
Don't report to NCA - Choose whether training is required, does legal professional privilege apply and the reason for not reporting to NCA.
If No, choose whether to request more information.
Yes - Select who will be asked for further information and details of the information required.
No - Either create a task requesting more information for the record or accept the currently supplied information and review the suspicion. If you would like to fill in the additional information yourself, click the Back button then edit the record providing the new details.
Once finished, click Save.
