To use the Audit scoring, you will need to set up against the question sets the scores, so that when the users create an audit record, the scores will pull through from what has been set, showing on the Audit. Once set depending on what the user answers, the scores will be given on each question then an overall score given at the end.
To set up the scores please follow the below. You will need to be Master of the site to do this.
Go to Account Settings.
Click on Module setup.
Click on Audits Setup.
Click into one of the question sets to expand.
On each of the questions. click on scoring and then enter the value then click on save.
Repeat this step for all the questions in this set and then repeat for all the question sets in use.
