In April 2025 the SRA announced the criteria for the 2025 Diversity Survey. The latest edition of these changes included a number of updates to the survey question set, and full details can be found at the SRA’s website.
Earlier this year, the Access Group Survey tool was upgraded in partnership with the ICAEW to support ICAEW member firms with Diversity survey requirements. We’re pleased to announce the platform has now been upgraded to account for the latest SRA changes and is available for any SRA-regulated law firm to use.

Here you can register an account and order your surveys, or returning client can access their existing accounts to complete the 2025 edition.
The system has been streamlined to be completely self-service, allowing our clients to seamlessly purchase and utilise the platform. Upon registration, you can request the number of surveys you require and an in-system quote is provided of the associated costs.
You can then choose to proceed and order the surveys, and pay later.
The system includes a dashboard to monitor the overall progress of your survey, and an aggregated report responses is available to download.
Our Diversity Survey system does not require respondents to log-in, the system is designed to be completely anonymous and only the system administrator will be required to log in.
The system generates a unique link for your firm, which you can distribute to anyone who needs to complete the survey. This information is then collated into an aggregate report.
Once the SRA open the portal to submit Diversity information, you will find that the aggregated report has combined the respondent results into a table that you can use to complete the SRA’s online submission form.
Note: The report can only be downloaded once payment has been made for the surveys ordered. Payment for the system must be made via credit or debit card, using the in system Make a Payment feature. You will receive a confirmation email of your payment, and a receipt can be downloaded from the system should you require.
