Audits Dashboard

For an overview, you can use within the Audits Reporting the Audits Dashboard. Presented in a Pie or Bar chart format or you can you the drop down on each tile to see a grid with the information listed.

To access the Audits Dashboard follow the steps below.

  1. Within the Compliance Software go to Reporting in the Blue menu bar.

  2. Select Audits

  3. On the page presented you will see the Audits Dashboard at the top of the page.

  4. Enter in the reporting period.

  5. Then select what parameters you would like to report on.
    Created Date.
    Audit Date.
    Corrective Action Required By Date.
    Corrective Action Taken Date.
    Corrective Action Verified Date.

  6. When done click Update reports.

Audit Reporting

This reporting facility enables managers to set their own reporting criteria, using system-defined fields, which will enable them to assess various aspects of the firm’s audit programme.

  1. Select the Reporting Period by Clicking on the date fields and using the calendar.

  2. Select the parameter you want to run the report on.

  3. For the following sections, select the options from the drop down that you would like to report on.

  4. Once you have made the options to report on click on Download as PDF or Download as XLSX.

Audit Corrective Actions Report

This reporting facility allows manages to see all related task details for each Audit Record in the system.

  1. Enter the date to and from for the Reporting Period by clicking in to the date box and select the relevant dates.

  2. Order by:
    Created Date.
    Audit Date.
    Corrective Action Required By Date.
    Corrective Action Taken Date.
    Corrective Action Verified Date.

  3. Sort by
    Ascending.
    Descending.

  4. Then Click on the Download button as PDF or Download as XLSX to download in to your PC/Laptop.

Audit Questions Report

This report will help you to review Audits at a question by questions level, this will provide better analysis of the specific areas that are consistently passing or failing audits within the firm.

  1. Select the Reporting Period by Clicking on the date fields and using the calendar.

  2. Select the parameter you want to run the report on.

  3. For the following sections, select the options from the drop down that you would like to report on.

  4. Once you have made the options to report on click on Download as PDF or Download as XLSX.

Audits Data Export

The export facility enables managers to take data from numerous module fields and save it into an external spreadsheet, allowing them to then interrogate and report on the data in a way that is appropriate to their individual requirements.

  1. Select the Reporting Period by Clicking on the date fields and using the calendar.

  2. Click on Download Data Export (XLSX) to download to your PC/Laptop.
