Legal Nodes offers two solution-based credit packages—so you pay only for what you need, when you need it. Each package includes pre-purchased credits you can spend on any AI-drafted, expert-validated deliverable across our platform.
How it works:

Spend credits on deliverables. Use your package credits for document templates, legal sessions, VLO support, and more.
Scale as you go. Pause, top-up, or upgrade at any time to match your project’s pace.
What Are Credits?
Credits are our internal currency to access any service on the platform:
AI-Drafted Documents (NDAs, policies, agreements, memos)
Legal Expert Sessions (Q&A, deep-dive workshops)
Virtual Legal Officer (VLO) Support (task management, coordination)
Specialized Services (tax memos, GDPR gap analyses, DORA modules)
Key credit rules:
Unused credits expire at package end.
Purchase extra credits anytime—no hidden fees.
Add-Ons
Certain specialized services—like local company registrations, notary filings, or audit work—are provided by our network of third-party experts. These add-ons:
Are quoted in advance. Your VLO will share detailed pricing before any work begins.
Are billed separately. You pay the provider directly; credits do not cover add-on costs except for the Privacy solution.

Billing & Payments
We offer multiple payment methods to suit your needs:
Credit Card: Auto-billed at package purchase.
Bank Transfer: Manual payment before package activation.
Crypto (USDC): Send USDC to our on-chain address.
Note: Ensure any manual payment clears before your package’s start date to avoid service delays.
Need More Credits or a Custom Solution?
If your project exceeds your package credits or requires a bespoke engagement:
Top-Up Credits: Purchase additional credits starting from 1 credit, however bigger credit package purchases get discounted.
Custom Package: Talk to your VLO about a tailored credit bundle or dedicated retainer.
