You design a piece with your art, you order it, and we make it to order in our atelier in Montréal and ship it. Here is the journey of a piece, step by step.
From your art to a finished piece
Your art. Your artworks are on the ART page. To add a new one, open the STUDIO and click Upload new art (the + tile). Use a JPG or PNG file of at least 6 megapixels.
A design. A design is your art placed on one of our styles (a scarf, a dress, a bag…). There are two ways to make one:
Design it yourself in the STUDIO. Choose a silhouette, choose your art, and drag it into place. What you see is what gets made.
Ask our team. If you see the link Request designs from our team on your PRODUCTS page, choose styles and artworks, and our designers make the designs for you.
An idea. In the Studio, click Save idea. Your design is saved in PRODUCTS, under the Ideas tab. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged.
An order. Click Add to bag on a design (or Save and add to bag in the Studio). In your bag, choose sizes and quantities, then follow the 3 steps: Bag, Shipping, Payment. Once you have ordered it, your idea becomes a product.
Made to order in Montréal. One hour after you pay, your order goes into production. Until then, you can still cancel it yourself on its Order View page (see D7). Each piece is printed by sublimation, then cut, sewn and finished in our atelier.
Shipped. Your ship week is shown at checkout (Estimated ship date, at step 2 of your bag, before you pay) and on your order. Follow your order in ORDERS.
Then: wear it, gift it, or sell it
Many artists order pieces for themselves or as gifts. You can also sell them: buy your pieces and resell them yourself, have an order shipped straight to your customer, or publish your designs on your free storefront. On the storefront, your customers order and pay there, we make and ship each piece, and you earn the difference between your retail price and our cost. See A4 – Ways to sell your pieces.
Good to know
We only make what is ordered. Nothing is made in advance.
There is no minimum: you can order a single piece (A5).
The Studio offers a selection of our styles. Other styles are available through Request designs from our team, if you see that link.
Your designs stay in your portal. You can order them again at any time.
