C1 How to find your pieces: search, filters and sorting

Use the tabs, the search box, Filters and Sort on the Products page, and what to check when a piece seems to be missing.

Written by Elise

All your pieces are on the PRODUCTS page. Click a tab, then type a name or a SKU in the search box. If a piece seems to be missing, look in the Archive and Trash tabs and clear your search and filters.

The tabs

  • All: your products and your ideas together.

  • Products: designs you have ordered at least once.

  • Ideas: designs you saved but never ordered. The Ideas tab shows how many ideas you have.

  • Archive: products you removed.

  • Trash: ideas you removed.

Steps: find a piece

  1. In the menu at the top, click PRODUCTS.

  2. Click a tab, for example Products or Ideas.

  3. Type part of the name, or the SKU, in Search by name or SKU. The list changes as you type, inside the tab you are on.

  4. To change the order, click Sort, choose an option under Sort By (for example Price from low or By Art), then click APPLY. The usual order is New Products: newest first.

  5. Click a piece to open its page.

To search your pieces, art and collections all at once, click the magnifier at the top right of any page.

Filters

Click Filters to show only the pieces of one collection (COLLECTIONS), one style, or one artwork (ARTWORKS), or only discounted pieces (Show Discount Only). A filter works as soon as you click it. Reset Filters removes them.

I can't find some of my pieces

  1. Empty the search box, open Filters and click Reset Filters.

  2. Click the All tab.

  3. Scroll down: the list shows the newest pieces first and loads more as you scroll.

  4. Still missing? Look in the Archive tab (removed products) and the Trash tab (removed ideas). You can bring them back from there: see "Trash, restore and archive".

  5. If you deleted an artwork, every piece made from it was deleted too, and can't be brought back.

Good to know

  • Filters can reset your tab. Choosing a filter may take you back to all your pieces and empty the search box. Use one filter at a time, then click your tab again if needed.

  • The Published badge on a card means the piece is on your storefront. There is no "Published" filter any more: to see your storefront, click STOREFRONT.

  • Set public default sort, in the Sort panel, changes the order your customers see on your storefront, not your Products page. It is saved as soon as you click it.

  • The old funnel icon and the "In Trash" status are gone: removed pieces are now in the Archive and Trash tabs.
