To remove pieces, select them on the PRODUCTS page and click Archive (for products) or Move to trash (for ideas). Nothing is lost right away: archived products wait in the Archive tab, trashed ideas in the Trash tab, and Restore brings them back.
Products go to the Archive, ideas go to the Trash
A product (a design ordered at least once) is archived. It stays stored, and you can restore it any time.
An idea (a design never ordered) goes to the Trash. You can restore an idea from the Trash.
Steps: remove pieces
In the menu at the top, click PRODUCTS.
Tick the box in the top left corner of each card you want to remove. On a computer the box appears when you point at the card; on a phone it is always there. Select all ticks every card shown.
A bar appears at the bottom of the page. Click:
Archive if you selected only products;
Move to trash if you selected only ideas;
Archive / trash if you selected both.
Read the message and confirm.
You can also remove one piece from its own page: click the trash icon (Archive this product or Move to trash), then confirm. Keep cancels.
Steps: restore pieces
On the PRODUCTS page, click the Archive tab or the Trash tab.
Tick the pieces you want back.
In the bar at the bottom, click Restore, then REACTIVATE.
They go back to the Products or Ideas tab. Restoring only works from these two tabs, not from a piece's own page.
Good to know
Removed pieces also leave your storefront. After restoring a piece, check that it is published if you want it there.
Want a piece off your storefront but still in your list? Unpublish it instead of removing it.
Deleting an artwork (on the ART page) is different: it deletes every piece made from it, for good.
