If your account has it, the Request designs from our team link lets you pick artworks and silhouettes and have our designers create the designs for you. They come back as ideas in your products. The quickest way is still to design your pieces yourself in the Studio.
Who sees this link
Only some accounts. When you have it, it's at the top of the PRODUCTS page. If you don't see it, design your pieces in the Studio. If you need a silhouette that isn't in the Studio, write to team@legaleriste.com or use the chat bubble at the bottom right of the portal.
Steps
In the top menu, click PRODUCTS, then Request designs from our team.
Step 1 – Artworks. Click the artworks you want to use. To add new art, click Upload Artwork.
The first time, a sheet of photo tips appears. Click I UNDERSTAND.
Give the new art a name, a technique, a style and a thread colour.
Check the preview for blur, then click ACCEPT IMAGE (or SELECT ANOTHER).
The file must be at least 6 megapixels. If it's too small, you see "Sorry... Image Quality is too low." Click UPLOAD ANOTHER FILE.
Step 2 – Silhouettes. Click the silhouettes you want. Packages come first, then every silhouette, including those that aren't in the Studio.
Step 3 – Preview. Each artwork on each silhouette makes one design. You can ask for up to 20 designs per request. Remove some if you see "LIMIT OF 20 DESIGNS EXCEEDED".
Click See cart, then SEND … STYLES TO DESIGN!
Confirm with Yes! Send to design. You see "Request successfully sent".
What happens next
The link changes to Waiting for designs and can't be clicked. You can send a new request once this one is done.
Our designers create your designs. They appear on the PRODUCTS page, in the Ideas tab. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged.
We email you when your new designs are in your portal.- Then you can ask for a touch-up if needed, or add them to your bag.
Good to know
Art you add in this form is saved right away. It isn't temporary like a Studio upload.
New designs are ideas: you find them in the Ideas tab. See "Ideas and products".
One request at a time, up to 20 designs each.
