Production takes approximately 15-20 business days after the order is received and confirmed to produce your order to our standards.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after placing the order.
The "Estimated Ship Window" shown in your order is the date on which we plan for your order to leave our Montreal offices.
All our products are done by hand and go through thorough quality control. If we spot a defect, we will always choose to send that unit back to production.
Note that 90%+ of orders are shipped on time or before the Estimated Shipping Date!
Delivery Date
The delivery date of your order will depend on where it is to be shipped. We generally allow 1 to 5 working days depending on your distance from Montreal and whether you are in a rural or urban area.
For customers in Canada, a Canada Post tracking link will be emailed to you.
For US customers, a USPS tracking link will be sent to you for small packages.
