In your Artist Portal, access the My Products tab and select the products you wish to request Design touchups for.
Select the categories that correspond to the touchups you're requesting, add your comments, and send them to Design for your touchups to be executed.
When you're done, click "Send to design." Even if no comments are charged, this will be your confirmation that your designs have been sent.
If you have chosen paid touchups, you will land on a payment page following your confirmation.
Your comments will be processed within 48 hours maximum, with an email notification when done.
