To add more items to your collection,
you would need to Request New Designs.
To do so, log into your Artist Portal
Under "PRODUCTS", select the REQUEST NEW DESIGNS button.
Step 1: Click "+" icon to upload a new artwork or select any of the previously uploaded artwork
Step 2: Select the product or collection you wish to add your artwork into
Step 3: Review your request, add and remove designs as you see fit. You can use up to 3 artwork images on 30 products per batch of requests. Once finalized, click ADD # STYLES TO REQUEST to send to our design team.
It could be either 1 artwork on 30 different shapes or select up to 10 silhouettes and upload 3 new artworks to your Artist Portal. There is no restrictions here!
It typically takes 1-3 business days for our design team to complete your design request. You will be notified through email once your mock ups are uploaded to your portal.
Please note that the button will change to "Waiting for designs" once our designers are working on your products.
The button will be "Deactivated" for 1-2 business days after you receive your last product request.
