From your Storefront, you can choose to unpublish a product - this will remove the product from your public Storefront but keep it in My Products section.

Unpublishing an artwork will unpublish all the products associated with that artwork from your Storefront.

Deleting an artwork under the My Art section will also automatically unpublish and delete all products associated with that artwork.
