If the buttons are greyed out and can't be click on, it probably means that no product is selected for that action.

In order to be able to order at the artist's price, ask for touchups, publish, delete or create a PDF, you will need to "Select Product" on the product(s) you want to do a particular action with. You will then see the buttons become black and clickable.

If the Request New Designs button is greyed out, it can mean that you have reached the maximum designs before an order is placed at Wholesale or at Retail, or that you have already a request in the making. You can find the reason why by clicking on "More info" below the button.
