If the shipping or billing address in your order doesn't work, here's what to look for:
Your address should be separated from the city, state/province, country and zip code/postal code. It shouldn't be on one line.
The "Stress address" line should include your street's number and street, and either your apartment number before (ex. 300-8850 park avenue) or after (ex. 8850 park avenue, app.300). No special character should be included, it will reject the address (#, /, &,...)
"City" must be entered by hand
State/Province and Country should be chosen in the scrolling menu
Zip code needs to be 5 digits, no space or special characters.
Postal code needs to be 6 digits (A1A 1A1), it works with a space between the two parts or not, with capital letters or not.
You can change the addresses either in your Open Order (shopping bag at top-right) by clicking on the pen/paper icon or in your Account Details, and don't forget to "Save" your changes!
Please note that you have 24 hours to confirm your shipping address after placing an order if there is any error. After this time, no changes can be made. Your swift confirmation ensures a smooth delivery process.
