AMBASSADOR(S) OF A SPECIAL PRODUCT

A flagship product is one of your sure values. THE piece everyone is talking about, the one or those who have been your best sellers in the last few months, the one that has had the most reaction on your social media, etc.

Whether it’s a particular artwork or product, these products are ideal for promoting them in the first place. A good way to do this is to ask your customers for photos and testimonials of this product. Your customers are your best publicity! It’s authentic, true, and most of all, a natural approach.

They will become your ambassadors. They can share their photos and experience on their social media profile, but they don't have to do that either. It can be as simple as wearing your products in public, taking some photos and testimony that you put on your social media, or website with their approval, and voila!

This particular tip feels "small" but it's an effective one.

A number of people have told us they were simply walking the streets wearing their wearable art and they were stopped to ask where this particular piece came from, and give their business card/name to their social media.

One time, the person who stopped the artist was an actual boutique owner! Next thing you know, the wearable art line of this artist was in a boutique a few weeks later!

Artists Sandra Boorne and Kathryn Gabinet-Kroo both wear their Mia top with their artwork.
