[New] How to deactivate or activate a user

Deactivate a user

  1. Open [Admin settings] and click [Users].

  2. Choose your search conditions, such as [User type] and [Keywords] as needed.

  3. Hover over the user to be deactivated, click […], and select [Deactivate user].

  4. Confirm the message and click [Deactivate].

The deactivated user will appear in the [Deactivated] list.

⚠️ Notes

  • Your own account cannot be deactivated.

  • Deactivated users cannot log in or perform any actions.

  • Created forms, uploaded contracts, and templates will be retained during suspension.

  • Deactivated users can be restored.

Activate a user​

  1. Open [Admin settings] and click [Users].

  2. Go to the [Deactivated] tab, then choose your search conditions, such as [User type] and [Keywords] as needed.

  3. Hover over the user to be resumed, click […], and select [Reactivation].

  4. Select the User type and Administrator roles, then click [Resume].

The user will then appear in the [In use] list.
