Deactivate a user
Open [Admin settings] and click [Users].
Choose your search conditions, such as [User type] and [Keywords] as needed.
Hover over the user to be deactivated, click […], and select [Deactivate user].
Confirm the message and click [Deactivate].
The deactivated user will appear in the [Deactivated] list.
⚠️ Notes
Your own account cannot be deactivated.
Deactivated users cannot log in or perform any actions.
Created forms, uploaded contracts, and templates will be retained during suspension.
Deactivated users can be restored.
Activate a user
Open [Admin settings] and click [Users].
Go to the [Deactivated] tab, then choose your search conditions, such as [User type] and [Keywords] as needed.
Hover over the user to be resumed, click […], and select [Reactivation].
Select the User type and Administrator roles, then click [Resume].
The user will then appear in the [In use] list.
