To use Slack for communication in Matter Management, you must first complete the setup steps described here.

⚠️ Free plans are not supported.
How to connect Slack
Go to [Admin settings] → [Integrations] → [Slack].
Toggle [Enable Slack Integration] ON.
Confirm or select the Slack workspace you want to connect, then click [Allow].
When the connection is successful, a “Successfully connected” message appears, and [Status] changes to Connected.
After integration, a [Slack] tab will appear on each matter detail page in Matter Management.

How to disconnect Slack
Go to [Admin settings] → [Integrations] → [Slack].
Toggle [Enable Slack integration] OFF.
Confirm the message, then click [Disconnect].
When the disconnection is complete, a “Disconnected successfully” message appears, and [Status] changes to Not Connected.
⚠️ Notes
Once disconnected, you will no longer be able to exchange messages between Slack and LegalOn.
Slack threads and messages from before the disconnection will remain viewable.
If you reconnect to the same workspace, previous Slack threads will resume.
If you connect to a different workspace, previous message history will not be available.
