This guide outlines the steps to reset your LegalOn password.

Resetting your password before signing in

If you've forgotten your password and cannot sign in:

Go to the sign-in page (https://app.legalontech.com) and click [Get Started].
Enter your [Email address] and click [Continue].
Click [Forgot your password?].
Confirm that the registered email address is correctly displayed, then click [Send email].
You'll receive an email titled "LegalOn Account Password Reset" from LegalOn. Click the [Password Reset URL] in the email body.
On the password setup screen, enter your [New Password] twice and click [Set].
Click [Return to Sign-in Page].
Go to the sign-in page (https://app.legalontech.com) and click [Get Started].
Enter your [Email address] and click [Continue].
Enter your new password in the [Password] field and click [Continue].
If the sign-in is successful, your dashboard will appear.

⚠️ Notes

The URL is valid for 1 hour.
If the entered email address is incorrect, the password reset email will not be sent.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least three of the following four types: lowercase letters (a-z), uppercase letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and symbols (e.g., !@#$%^&*).

Resetting your password after signing in

If you are already signed in and wish to change your password:

Click your [Icon] in the global header and select [User settings].
On the User settings screen, select the [Profile] menu, then click [Send email for reset] next to the password field.
You'll receive an email titled "LegalOn Account Password Reset" from LegalOn. Click the [Password Reset URL] in the email body.
On the password setup screen, enter your [New Password] twice and click [Set].
Click [Return to Sign-in Page].
Go to the sign-in page (https://app.legalontech.com) and click [Get Started].
Enter your [Email address] and click [Continue].
Enter your new password in the [Password] field and click [Continue].
If the sign-in is successful, your dashboard will appear.
