This article explains how to review contracts by using LegalOn Playbooks.

What are LegalOn Playbooks?

LegalOn Playbooks are alerts shown in your review results.
They help you identify clauses or issues that may require attention during contract review.

Each alert can be assigned importance: High, Medium, or Low.

Key features of LegalOn Playbooks

  • You can filter results by importance in your review results.
Example: View only High importance alerts.

  • By default, each alert’s importance is set to LegalOn’s recommended importance, determined based on typical contract best practices:

    • High: Critical missing clauses, major risks, or essential standard terms

    • Medium: Terms that are commonly revised for better positioning

    • Low: Provisions mainly for confirming legal rights or obligations

Who manages importance settings?

Importance is centrally managed by the module administrator.
This ensures all users under your tenant follow the same settings, supporting consistency in review.
