You can customize the order and visibility of the items displayed on the Matter List. Item settings can be managed separately for each tab.
How to reorder items
Reorder Directly in the List View

💡Info:
You can configure the order separately for each tab.
Changing the order in the Matters list does not affect the download results as described in “How to Export Matter Information in CSV Format.”
If you add a custom matter field, the new field will appear at the bottom of the [Customize display items] screen.
How to show or hide items
Open the [Matters] list screen.
Click […] → [Customize display items].
Click the toggle icon next to each item to switch it ON or OFF.
The updated display settings will be reflected immediately.
⚠️ Notes
Your customized settings for item order and visibility are saved only in your current browser. They will not carry over to a different browser or device. Clearing your browser cache will reset these settings.
💡Info:
You can also reorder fields from […] → [Customize display items] in the upper-right corner of the screen.
If a column is pinned to the left or right, [Customize display items] in the upper-right […] menu will be unavailable. While a column is pinned, use the […] menu to customize it instead.
You can also reorder fields by selecting […] → [Move left] or [Move right].
