This article explains the features of the new LegalOn. For information on the current version’s product features, please refer to this page.
1. Display the Review results
Open the Contract Review results screen. For instructions on how to run a review, refer to: [Review: Overview and how to use it]
2. Filter by importance level
Each alert is assigned a Recommended importance level (High / Medium / Low).
You can filter alerts by level:
Importance levels (Recommended):
High: Critical missing clauses, items with significant risk, or essential standard provisions.
Medium: Items that are generally more favorable to modify.
Low: Confirmatory clauses related to legal rights and obligations.
How to filter: Click the desired risk level to filter alerts.
Only alerts matching the selected level will be shown.
3. Check alert details
Click an alert to jump to the corresponding section in the contract text.
(You can also click the ⚠️ icon in the text to jump back to the alert.)Click [Show details] for more information.
You’ll see Examples, Sample Clauses, and Related Info with background explanations.
4. Revise the contract
If needed, edit the contract directly in the file editor.

For automatic revisions, click [AI Revise] to insert suggested corrections.

5. Track review progress
When you confirm or fix an alert, click the ✔️ next to it.
The alert list shows the number of completed and remaining items, so you can track progress at a glance.
Your progress is saved automatically — you can close the screen and resume reviewing later.
6. Save the revised contract
After reviewing and revising, click [Save].
The edited file will be uploaded as the latest version of the original contract.
