Add a Risk Flag to Notes in a Contract

This article explains how to add and manage risk flags in contract notes.


What is a risk flag?

A risk flag can be applied to notes containing important points that require attention.
By using risk flags, you can quickly identify and monitor contracts with potential risks.


Requirements

  • Module: Contract Management

  • Eligible Users: All users within a contracted tenant

  • Access Rights:

    • Administrator

    • Editor

    • Viewer or higher is required to view risk flags.


Add a risk flag

  1. Open the file details page and click the [Notes] tab on the right.

  2. Click [+ Add], then enter the note, check [Add a Risk Flag], and click [Save].

The flag will be applied. For details on adding special provisions, see How to Add, Edit, and Delete Notes on Contracts.

💡 Info

You can also edit an existing note and add a flag by selecting [...] → [Edit].


Remove a risk flag

  1. Find the note with the risk flag and click [...] → [Edit].

  2. Uncheck [Add a Risk Flag] and click [Save]. The flag will be now be removed.


Search for contracts with risk flags

You can search for signed contracts with risk flags to review them after signing.
