This article explains how to customize the sort order and show/hide settings for items displayed on the contract list screen.
Each user can individually change the item sort order and show/hide settings.
Requirements
User Type
All modules: All user types (*)
(*) Also available for users without an assigned user type.
Sort
1. Go to the [Contracts] list.
2. Click [...] → [Customize displayed items].
3. Drag and drop the item to change its order.
The new order will be applied.
The item set at the top of the order will be displayed on the far left of the contract list.
Show and hide
1. Go to the [Contracts] list.
2. Click [...] → [Customize displayed items].
3. Click the icon to toggle show and hide for each item
The show and hide settings will be applied.
⚠️ Info
Customized sort and show or hide settings are saved in your current browser. These settings will not carry over to other browsers or computers, and they will be reset if you clear your browser cache.
This feature is not available in the LegalOn templates list.
