This article explains how to sort the executed contract list by contract signing date or effective date, showing the most recent contracts first.
Requirements
Module: Contract Management
Eligible Users: All users within a contracted tenant
Access Rights:
Administrator
Editor
Contributor
Viewer
(*) The executed contract list shows only files you have access to with one of the above permissions.
Sort and display by signing date or effective date (most recent contracts first)
1. Go to the [Executed contracts] list
2. Click [Signing date] or [Effective date] to sort in descending order
💡 Info:
Contract signing and effective dates are based on the system time zone (PST – Pacific Standard Time).
