1. Open [Case Reception Form] and confirm whether the case reception form is published
This error appears when the case reception form is not published. Please confirm whether the relevant case reception form is published.
2. Open [IP Address Restriction] and confirm whether at least one global IP address is registered
To prevent unauthorized use by third parties, this error will be displayed regardless of whether the form is published or not if no global IP addresses are registered.
Please register at least one global IP address that can access the case reception form.
※For details on how to configure IP address restrictions, please refer to "Create a Case Reception Form to Receive Cases - 2. Configure IP Address Restrictions".
3. Confirm whether the person experiencing the issue is accessing from a global IP address registered in [IP Address Restriction]
This error will be displayed when accessing the form from a global IP address that is not registered in [IP Address Restriction].
Please obtain the person's source global IP address and confirm whether it matches a global IP address registered in [IP Address Restriction].
Supplementary Information
By accessing a communication information checking site like the one below from the device experiencing the issue, the global IP address currently being used for the internet connection will be displayed.
Check the global IP address you are currently using to connect to the internet | CMAN Internet Service (http://www.cman.jp/network/support/go_access.cgi)
If the person's source global IP address does not match the global IP address registered in [IP Address Restriction], they may be accessing from one of the following locations:
Public Wi-Fi or mobile network (such as 4G connection)
Home network while working remotely
In this case, the problem can be resolved by reconnecting to the office network via VPN or similar.
※Please consult your company's system administrator regarding VPN configuration.
If the problem occurs even when connected to the office network, a global IP address not registered in [IP Address Restriction] may have been assigned, so please consult your company's system administrator and access again from an authorized IP address.
An error has occurred. Please press the submit button again. If this does not resolve the issue, please access the form URL again, re-enter all items, and then try submitting.
This error may be displayed after a requester enters the required information in the case reception form and clicks [Confirm Submission].
In this case, the form items or settings may have been changed while the case reception form was being filled out. Please have the requester and module administrator check the following items in order:

Module administrator: Please confirm whether the form has been made private.
Module administrator: Please confirm whether the form has been deleted.
Module administrator: Please confirm whether the space specified in [Space to Create Case] has been deleted from the [Space] settings screen.
