This article explains how to restore contract attributes for executed contracts to its original state after performing a bulk edit.
Requirements
Eligible Users
All users in a contracted tenant
Access Permissions
Admin
Editor
(*) Only the user who performed the bulk edit can restore the information.
Restore Executed Contract Attributes
Within 14 days of performing a bulk edit, you can revert contract attributes to its pre-edit state by re-uploading the Excel file.
Open the email you received at the time of the bulk edit and click [Download File (*)].
Subject:[LegalOn] Export process for executed contract list has been completed. |
1. Go to [Contracts] and click the [Executed contracts] tab.
2. Click [...] → [Bulk edit contract attributes].
3. Upload the downloaded file without editing it, and click [Bulk edit]
The contract attributes will be restored to its state prior to the bulk edit.
⚠️ Notes:
Contract attributes can be restored only within 14 days of receiving the "Export process for executed contract list has been completed" email.
Upload the downloaded Excel file without making any edits.
