What is the Matter Management Agent?
The Matter Management Agent is an AI agent built into LegalOn.
Based on contract review requests or legal consultation inquiries, it automatically handles initial responses such as gathering information and assigning tasks to the appropriate personnel.
Future plans include risk assessment and notification of suggested responses based on assessment results.
Key Functions
The following functions become active when you check the corresponding items in the [AI Agent Automatic Case Handling] screen.

AI Agent Handling for Email Inquiries
When a case is received via the case reception email, if the request details are insufficient, the AI identifies the missing information and automatically sends additional questions to the requester. The sent content is recorded in the [Timeline] / [Email] tab of the case details.
For auto-reply questions, you can select either LegalOn's preset items or custom items created by referencing fields (questions) from the case intake form. For details, refer to " Configuring the Matter Management Agent ".
