This article explains how to use the Prompt Library in LegalOn.

What Is the Prompt Library?

The Prompt Library lets you save and share effective prompts created by users for legal tasks.

Saved prompts can be used with LegalOn Assistant in one click, enabling consistent, high-quality AI-assisted workflows.

Key Benefits

  • Significant efficiency gains

Save frequently used prompts to eliminate repetitive drafting—especially effective for contract review and document generation.

  • Reduced reliance on individuals & knowledge sharing

Standardize commonly used prompts and share them across teams to ensure consistent output regardless of experience level.

  • In-house advanced prompt operations

Embed your organization’s writing style, standards, and risk perspectives into prompts to build a tailored AI environment aligned with your legal policies.

This feature addresses common challenges such as the burden of crafting prompts each time and the lack of organizational sharing of effective prompts.
