If Deadline Notifications Do Not Arrive or Do Not Include Any Contracts

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Please check your deadline notification settings and contract information.

If you are not receiving deadline notifications, or if the notifications do not include any contracts, the issue may be related to your notification settings or the contract information.

Please check the following items in order.

If You Are Not Receiving Emails at All

1. Check Your Deadline Notification Settings

Deadline notifications may be disabled.

Refer to “How to set up contract deadline notifications” and confirm that notifications are set to ON.

2. Check Your Spam Folder

Check that the deadline notification emails have not been filtered into your spam, junk, or low-priority folders.

If your email client allows you to set a safe list or allow list, add the legalon-cloud.com domain.

3. Confirm That There Are Contracts Requiring Notification

If there are no contracts that meet the notification criteria, no emails will be sent.

From the global menu, go to [Contracts] and click the [Executed contracts] tab.

Sort the executed contracts by expiration date or non-renewal notice deadline and check whether there are any contracts with upcoming deadlines.

If You Receive Emails but No Contracts Are Included

1. Check the [Contract status]

Contracts with “Inactive” or “Active - terminated” status are not subject to notifications.

  • For Contracts with Auto-renewal Set to “Yes”:
On the file details screen, set [Auto-renewal status] to [Enabled].

  • For Contracts with Auto-renewal Set to “No”:
On the file details screen, update [Expiration date] with the correct date.

2. Check Access Permissions

You need “Viewer” or higher permissions to receive deadline notifications.

If necessary, ask your IT administrator for access to the contract or storage location.

If the issue is not resolved, please contact the LegalOn Support Team.
