What is Vault?

Vault turns signed contracts into business intelligence. After contracts are signed, Vault helps teams:

Store all executed contracts in one place
Define what information they want to track (e.g. renewal dates, obligations, key terms)
Search, report on, and use contract data after signature

Vault focuses on post-signature visibility.

It helps teams understand what is inside their contracts without adding another complex system to manage.

Vault is not included in the Files subscription.

How to upgrade to Vault

To upgrade from Files to Vault, take one of the following steps:

Your administrator can review Vault and request an upgrade.
