This section describes how to view the [Number of Cases] tab within the report function of the Matter Management Module.

What You Can Do on the [Volume] Tab

1. Switch filters and display conditions (for the entire tab)

a: User Selection

Display data filtered to specific members.

b: Set the aggregation period

You can specify any period (monthly) to aggregate data.

*Default is the most recent 6 months.

*The maximum period that can be selected at one time is one year.

2. New Case Analysis

a: Aggregation Target

Displays the number of projects created within the specified period. You can check the monthly trend of new projects and compare them to the same month of the previous year.

b: Breakdown Analysis

By switching the display axis, you can analyze which types of projects are increasing and which requesting departments are contributing to the growth.

A pie chart showing the overall composition ratio for the specified period can also be displayed.

c: Year-over-Year Comparison

Using the "Show Last Year" option allows you to see whether cases have increased or decreased compared to the same month last year.

d: View Details

Clicking a month on the graph opens a list of new cases for that month in a separate tab, allowing you to view details.

3. Analysis of Completed Cases

a: Aggregation Target

Displays the number of cases with the status "Completed." You can check the monthly trend of completed cases.

  • Projects are aggregated based on the date and time the last message was added (last update date).

  • Only projects with a status of "Completed" are included in the count.

b: Breakdown Analysis

By switching the display axis, you can examine the breakdown from the following perspectives.

*A pie chart showing the composition ratio for the entire specified period can also be displayed.

  • By Case Type / Requesting Department: You can see which case types or departments generated the most requests processed.

  • By Deadline Achievement Status: Understand the team's overall deadline compliance by viewing the percentages for "On Time," "Overdue," and "No Deadline Entered."

c: Year-over-Year Comparison

Using the "Show Last Year" option allows you to see whether completed cases have increased or decreased compared to the same month last year.

d: View Details

Clicking a month on the graph opens a list of completed cases for that month in a separate tab, allowing you to view details.

4. Analysis of Completed Projects by Assignee

a: Aggregation Target

This displays the number of completed cases handled by each user within the specified period. You can compare the number of completed cases per member to see who is handling the most cases.

  • Cases are aggregated based on the date and time the last message was added (last update date).

  • Only cases with a status of "Completed" are included in the count.

b: Multi-Angle Evaluation

Enables multifaceted evaluation beyond simple count, allowing you to switch between viewing performance by primary and secondary assignees, and whether deadlines were met or exceeded.

Switch Display

You can sort, filter, and switch display formats.
