This article explains how to reorder columns, adjust column widths, and pin columns in list views such as Vault and Matters.
Column Customization
In list views such as Vault and Matters, you can:
Reorder columns by dragging and dropping them
Resize column widths
Pin columns to the left or right

Reorder Columns (Fields)
Reorder directly in the list view
1. Go to the target list view (for example, Vault or Matters).
2. Hover your cursor over the column header, then drag and drop it to change the column order.
The column moves in the selected direction.
Reorder Using [Manage columns]
1. Open the target list view (for example, Vault or Matters).
2. Click [...] next to the header, then select [Manage columns].
3. Drag and drop the column to change its position.
The new order will be applied.
The item set at the top of the order will be displayed on the far left of the contract list.
⚠️ Notes:
Customized column order settings are saved in your current browser. These settings will not carry over to other browsers or computers, and they will be reset if you clear your browser cache.
In list views other than Vaults or Matters, you cannot switch show or hide fields.
💡Info:
In Vault or Matters, you can also reorder fields from […] in the upper-right corner of the screen by selecting [Customize displayed items].
If any columns are pinned to the left or right, [Customize displayed items] in the upper-right […] menu will be grayed out and unavailable. While columns are pinned, use the […] menu next to each header to customize them instead.
You can also move columns by selecting […] → [Move left] or [Move right].
Resize Column Width
Open the target list view (for example, Vault or Matters).
Move your cursor over the [ | ] between column headers, then drag to resize the column.
⚠️ Note:
Changes to column width are not saved in your browser. If you move to another page or close the browser, the column widths will reset.
💡Info:
Double-click the [ | ] between columns to reset the column width. You can also reset a column’s width by selecting […] → [Reset width].
To reset the width of all columns, select […] → [Reset all widths].
Pin Columns
Open the list view where you want to pin a column.
Click […], then select [Pin to left] or [Pin to right].
The column will be pinned to the left or right side of the table.
To unpin the column, select […] → [Unpin].
⚠️Note:
Pinned column settings are not saved in your browser. If you move to another page or close the browser, the settings will reset.
