[New] How to Customize Tabs in Your Contracts List

This article explains how to create, edit, and delete tabs in your contracts list.


About Tabs in Your Contracts List

You can filter and sort the list to show what you need, then save it as a new tab.

You can also reorder your tabs.

Create tabs (views) based on fields like Assignee or Status to organize contracts for you and your team. This helps you stay on top of your work and manage contracts more efficiently.


Requirements

User type:

All modules: All user types(*)

(*) Users without an assigned role can also use this feature.


Add a New Tab

1. Open [Files] or [Vault].

2. Click [ + ] at the far right of the tab bar.

A new tab named [Untitled tab] will appear

Your tab settings will be saved.

Rename the tab if needed. For details, see “Rename a Tab” below.

💡Info:

  • Tabs created are saved for each user individually.

  • You can create up to 20 tabs.

Change Tab Filters

1. Select the tab you want to update.

2. Follow step 3 onwards in “Add a new tab” to change the filters. then save.

Rename a Tab

1. Select the tab you want to rename, click [ v ][Edit name].

2. Enter a new name, then click [Save].

💡Info:

The following preset tabs can’t be edited:

  • All

  • Signed (*)

(*) Only shown to users with Contract Management.

Reorder Tabs

1. Click [ v ] on the tab you want to move, then click [Sort].

2. Drag and drop the tabs to change their order.

The tab placed at the top will appear on the far left of the list.

💡Info:

This may take some time, depending on system load.

Delete a Tab

1. Select the tab you want to delete, then click [ v ] → [Delete].

2. Review the message, then click [Delete].

⚠️ Notes:

  • Deleted tabs can’t be restored.

  • You can only delete tabs you created.
