How to Use Vault Projects

This article provides an overview of the Vault Projects feature requirements.

What is Vault Projects?

Vault Projects lets you review multiple contracts at once and see the results in a single view, right alongside your contract data.

Simply type what you want to find, and the AI will automatically create the analysis fields and prompts. It then shows you whether specific clauses are missing or included, along with what they say, in a clear table.

Because the results are listed next to key contract details—like the signing date or company name—you can easily compare clauses and spot potential risks efficiently.

You can also view the source contract text for each result at the same time, making it simple to double-check and compare multiple agreements.
