Error message: Couldn’t merge versions. Please check Help and try again.
This error occurs when merging the contracts would cause notes or assignees to exceed their allowed limits.
Make sure the following fields stay within their limits:
Notes: Up to 10 in total.
Assignees: Up to 50 people in total (includes individual users and members within user groups).
Check the counts on each file you plan to merge. If the combined total exceeds the limit, remove some notes or assignees from the original files, then try merging again.
