How to Download alerts
Updated over a year ago

Purpose

The goal of this article is to show users how to download alerts from LegalOn.

Download alerts

You are able to download LegalOn alerts from the Review page.

Step 1

After initiating an AI review of your contract, you will land on the Review page. From the Review page, click on the "Download" button (located in the lower right corner of page).

Step 2

Determine whether you want to download the alerts to a Word document (.docx) or an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx).

If you choose the Word option, you can select which components on an alert should be included in your download (suggestions, sample language, and/or guidance).

Step 3

View your alerts alongside your contract in your selected file type.

What limitations should I be aware of?

Download functionality

You cannot download Article Playbook Alerts (APAs) or Custom Playbook Alerts (CPAs).

Formatting retention

Formatting is always retained (upon download) when the original file is .docx. However, formatting may not be fully retained if the uploaded file is a .doc, .pdf, or in Compatibility Mode (a setting in Microsoft Word).
